Located in the Croux Gate, the museum houses a rich collection of ancient Greek and Roman marbles and even Romanesque sculptures, among which are the carved column capitals from the old Church of Saint Saviour. A large, Gallo-Roman mosaic is exhibited In the Salle des Gardes (Guard Room) as well as some pre-Roman and Roman domes.
During high season, the museum opens on Sunday from 3.00pm to 6.00 pm –
Tours can be arranged during the low season by appointment.
